IMAGES AND SIZING OF FURNITURE AND COLOUR OPTIONS
The images of the furniture on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer will display the colours accurately or reflect the colour of these or the colour options. The furniture that is delivered to you may vary slightly from these images.

Please note that in the case of purchasing a table with a glass top this will not be glued to the base unless requested by you when placing your order. This is to ensure safe delivery of your furniture.
We require a payment of the deposit of 50% of the price of the furniture before we commence your order. The remaining 50% and delivery fee (if applicable) will be paid upon completion of your furniture and prior to delivery of your furniture. Payments can be made electronically by bank transfer, details will be provided on request. After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail confirming your order with us. We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders.
All our pieces are made to order and crafted to the highest quality. Lead times on all orders may take up to 3 weeks. A confirmation email will be sent to you when we have booked your order into the workshop and give you an estimated delivery date. We will be in touch again in the weeks prior to delivery.
Acceptance of a bespoke design must be confirmed in writing prior by you prior to the production of furniture, this is to avoid any misunderstandings between the parties. We will provide an estimate of the time taken to complete a job depending on the complexity of the design and the materials to be used.
Each piece of furniture made will contain our logo in a discrete position to demonstrate that it is a Profile Designs Furniture original.
We operate with delivery to all postcodes in England, Scotland and Wales, shipping costs are calculated for each individual item. We work with a local trusted courier company who offer the same high quality service and care. Your furniture will be carefully blanket wrapped to protect it whilst in transit, delivered into the room of your choice, unwrapped and assembled as required. Any delivery date quoted is a genuine estimate and shall not be legally binding to Profile Designs Furniture. It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you order can be delivered into your property and that there is safe and reasonable access from the public highway to the place of delivery. If you have any doubts that the furniture will not fit up stairways, through doors or any awkward or restrictive spaces it is vital that you seek advice. Where applicable, this will be added to the price of the furniture and set out as part of the total amount due during the order process. Ownership of the furniture will pass to you when we receive full payment of the furniture, including delivery charges. The furniture will be your responsibility from the time that you (or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you) take physical possession of the furniture.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF SOLID SURFACE MATERIAL
Caring for your furniture is relatively simple; use a damp microfibre cloth and wipe the surface. Towel dry the surface to prevent water spots. Depending on the surface finish of your furniture, different cleaning instructions are advised for more difficult stains. Please click for the cleaning and maintenance guide . A solid surface care kit is available to purchase from us , please let us know if you would like to include one of these with your order.
We take pride in all our furniture being made to exceptional standards but in the unlikely event that something does go wrong, our returns policy states that where a damaged or faulty piece of furniture is delivered, we will do our utmost to rectify the error as quickly as possible. In all events the limits of liability for any fault or defect shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.
Consumer contract regulations only apply to your order if the furniture has not been custom made to your specification. If the consumer contract regulations do apply, you can cancel your furniture by notifying us, in writing, before delivery or within 14 working days beginning with the day after the date of delivery. We will refund you the cost of the item plus the cost of the delivery, but you will need to pay for the cost of collection by us or the cost of returning the item to us. Our luxury furniture is made to order so, after the 14 days ‘cooling off period’, no cancellation is permitted. If you cancel an order, you will be responsible for all the costs incurred by Profile Designs Furniture up to the point of cancellation. Should you wish to return the goods, it is your responsibility to take good care of the furniture. You are the owner of the furniture once it has been delivered to you and you are liable for any loss or damage. Failure to take reasonable care may result in a claim against you. To minimise the risk of any such claim we ask that you return the goods in appropriate packaging in order to prevent damage in transit.
